The countdown to Diwali 2013 has begun–Sunday 3rd November 2013 is Diwali and Monday 4th November 2013 is the Gujrati New Year.
As my preparations in the kitchen start I shall be sharing some new recipes and refering to some old recipes with some new pictures.

Hi Tandy–sorry about the delayed response–just have not had the time–preparations ended up being hectic–few family emergencies came up and then everything went helter scelter

Hi–sorry about the delayed response. It should not be liquidy–try cooking it for a few more minutes and if this does not work add some klim. the mixture should resemble a very soft dough
