CHAAT-is a Hindi word meaning ‘To Lick or To Taste’ and it is the term that refers to finger licking snacks served in small portions as a perfect ‘Light Snack’. Chaat is generally sold on most street corners in and around India, each region bringing their local specialities to the metropolis of the likes of Mumbai, Delhi and etc.

Fruit Chaat – Is a blend of assorted fruits or a single variety or some fruit tossed with potatoes and some delicious chutney. You can let your imagination run wild when choosing fruit combinations for Fruit Chaat-however seasonal availability is a good guideline when making your choices.
