Stir Fried Baby Marrows
25ml cooking oil
400g baby marrows thinly sliced
10ml coarsely crushed coriander seeds
5ml crushed black pepper
10ml semolina
10ml rice flour
7ml salt
3ml lemon zest
3ml lemon juice
